one to one SESSIONS

These one-to-one sessions are an ideal way to improve your tennis. As the name suggests, it focuses on the individual whether you are a junior or an adult. One-to-one sessions typically last for an hour or so, depending upon the schedule of the coach and the goals of the players.
+ What to Expect
Technical drills:
One-to-one sessions involve the coach teaching a number of technical drills to the player focusing on different aspects of the game of tennis such as serving, as it is one of the most important aspects of the game. All the technical drills tend to help the player get better at gripping, footwork, swing path, and finding the right balance between power and spin on their shots.
Tactical awareness:
The final few minutes of the lessons are usually focused on making the player aware of the tactical side of the game. The coach would focus on particular patterns of the play that could work in the favour of the player based on their skillset and whether they are an attacking baseliner, a counter-puncher, or a defensive-minded baseliner.
